Please read all of the following information, it will enhance you experience.

Your tickets are good for a full day in the park. Monday - Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Weekends 11 a.m. to 5 pm., September weekends 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Schedule for the day:

Weekend Party - If you selected the weekend 11 a.m. birthday hut time, your meal will be delivered between 11:45 a.m. and noon.

If you selected the weekend afternoon birthday hut time, your meal will be delivered between 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Lemonade and water will be in provided in your hut during your meal.

Weekday Party - If you selected a weekday party, your meal will be delivered between noon and 12:15 p.m.

If you supply us with a cake, we will deliver the cake 15 minutes after your meal.

Important notes

Hut assignments - Birthday huts are not assigned until the morning of the event. We do not take requests.

Special arrangements for our wheel chair accessible picnic table must be made no later than one week after reservation is placed.

Goody bags - If you handout goody bags, they may not include contain any glass, gum, stickers, or markers as they are not allowed in the park.

Decorations - If you decide you want special decorations for your hut, you may put them up once the hut is your (may not enter the park pre-opening), and you must take them down. Arrangements must be made with our waterpark group coordinator

Suggestions to make your event a great day!

Tickets - When you arrive an Aqua Adventure team member, or Elizabeth will give you your hut assignment, and tickets (including ice cream/Hawaiian Ice voucher). Please give your guest (especially the kids) their ice cream voucher when they are ready for their ice cream. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Any unused admission may be used during the 2011 season.

If possible, make arrangements to handout tickets before the guest arrive to the park, or return tickets in an envelope for will call.  Label with the guest’s (or parent’s if it’s a child) first and last name who will be picking up the tickets. This will be the only person who is able to receive the tickets at will call. A valid drives license will be required for will call pickup. 

Cake - If you have a birthday cake, we will store it for you. Once you arrive, please give it to the Aqua Adventure team member. The cake box must have yours, and birthday child’s first and last name clearly written on the outside of the box. 

Arrival - Make arrangements to have guests arrive before the park opens, or a specific time. This will allow you to enjoy your time inside the park as a group, and enter as a group.  You won’t want to be outside waiting for your guests. Guest arriving late may not enter unattended if under the age of 12 years.

If your hut time is in the afternoon, arrive early chairs are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. When it is your hut time, we suggest you switch with the group inside. There will be a period where our team members will be preparing the hut for the next group. If you have the morning hut time, please exchange locations with the next party. Most of your guesst will be away from the hut area, enjoying waterpark activities.

If you or a guest loses any type of ticket, the ticket will not be replaced.

Birthday Party Terms

1. There is a minimum of 16 guests required to book a weekday Birthday Party reservation, and 24 on weekends
2. A 50% deposit must be made at time of reservation. The remaining balance will automatically be charged to the same credit card 2 weeks prior to your event date. By choosing the 50% deposit option you are authorizing the remining balance to be charged approximately 2 weeks prior to event date. You may also pay in full if you choose.
3. Birthday packages may not be changed or altered after submitting the order form.
4. No cancellations less than 30 days out given without cancellation fee. Fee is up to 50%. No refunds given less than 14 days out.
5. Extra or unused admission tickets are valid during normal operating hours throughout the 2011 season subject to available space within the waterpark.
6. Meal Options must be determined at time of booking reservation. Estimates are used for ordering food product.
7. Additional food or specialized food (i.e. salads, nachos, ect.) will need to be purchased at the Concessions window the day of your event.
8. Aqua Adventure does not allow outside food or drink into the waterpark, including candy, or treats. Birthday cakes may be brought into the park. Candy is allowed in goody bags, but no gum markers or whistels. Aqua Adventure reserves the right to refuse item’s.
9. Decorations are permitted in your Hut as long as they are contained to your table area and completely cleaned and removed by the end of your party hut time. Any damage to the hut will be the responsibility of the booking party
10. Due to safety reasons, we are unable to allow guests into the park before opening to set up or decorate.
11. On the day of your event, please check in at the Group Sales window located at the front gate of the park.
12. For Parties with Participants under 12 years of Age: As the Party host or hostess, you are required to ensure that your party guests are adequately supervised. You and your adult guests must assist in supervising the group (especially children under 12). We strongly suggest a ratio of 1 adult to
7 kids for those 7 years and younger and a ratio of 1 adult per 10 kids for those 8 – 11 years. Parents and chaperones require a ticket and must be included in your total party number.
13. Lifejackets are provided in the park (on a first come first serve basis) and should be worn by weak or non-swimmers. Please ensure your party guests are informed and fitted as needed. If you need assistance fitting lifejackets please inform
a member of our staff and we will be happy to help.
14. As the Party host or hostess, you are required to ensure that your party guests are advised of the park rules and that they understand the operation of each ride and/or attraction. Please read, and instruct your guests to read all park rules posted at the main gate and each attraction. In consideration for the use of the Aqua Adventure property, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and defend the Aqua Adventure, and hold it and its officers, employees and agents harmless for any and all claims, demands, and causes of actions or liabilities arising out of injuries to or the death of any person. Also to include injury or damaged to any property arising from use of such property.
